The metal safes and wood cabinets are packaged extremely well. In the rare case when we do get minor damage we ask you to accept delivery even if freight damage is evident. Usually only one replaceable part is damaged. The parts are clearly marked and we will promptly replace anything damaged with identical new replacements parts. This is completely opposite our recommendation for our fully assembled product lines where we recommend refusing delivery of damaged freight.
